Shipping Charges:
Q: What are your shipping charges?
A: We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for all orders regardless of size. This is because a number of our proprietary products are large in size. Any order above $75 qualifies for FREE SHIPPING. Yay!
Ship Times:
Q: What are your shipping times?
A: All orders are shipped the day they are received through UPS or USPS. Delivery times depend on location. All orders ship from Washington State. Most deliveries will arrive between 3-10 business days through USPS First Class (Priority when available) and 3-8 through UPS. FedEx is not available for free shipping. All online orders ship the day they are received, unless received after 4pm Pacific Standard Time. Then the order will be shipped the next day.
Liquid Omegas:
Q: Why are your liquid omegas not sent with ice packs?
A: There are three factors that contribute to product degradation. (See below)
1) Direct exposure to sunlight. The dark bottling protects against sun damage.
2) Temperature. Under the bottled condition the product would have to exceed 200 degrees to take on any heat related damage. Please do not heat your product to over 200 degrees.
3) Oxidation. Barlean’s liquid omega products are nitrogen-flushed to guarantee freshness and minimize oxidation.
Return Policy:
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All items sold on our site are backed by a 100% Money Back Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with any product, feel free to return it at your cost within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.
Once your items are returned to our facility and reviewed, you will receive a payment refund typically within 48 hours. If you are a regular customer in good standing we will compensate you on your next order with bonus credits to make up for the cost in shipping. Everybody wins!
International Sales:
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Because many of our products are heavy and subject to various tariffs & fees, we are unfortunately unable to ship outside the United States. We are currently working on developing an international network so please continue to check-in to provide feedback & solutions.
Membership Cancellation:
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: The Membership is a one-time charge that allows you access to so many of our extra bonuses and benefits! It is also the best way to support our efforts here at Everything You. The sheer amount of time, energy and resources that go into creating our content is indescribable. You are free to come by the studios to see for yourself what goes into our production. There are no refunds on Membership charges. To request a refund would be an act of sheer spite. If spite is what you were going for, then why didn't you say so?! Just tell us what you find issue with and we will work to correct it! All criticism and feedback is welcomed.
