Neil Levin is a board-certified clinical nutritionist with a background in advanced nutritional laboratory assessment. He currently serves as the Senior Education Manager and a product formulator for NOW Foods where he continues his work as an educator & lecturer for organizations world-wide.

He also serves, or has served, on several highly respected institutional boards & associations. While Neil is intensely knowledgeable on a number of subjects, he served on the Technical Advisory Board for The Non-GMO Project from 2007-2009 and that is where we focused our conversation.
