Jeremy Bryant has been the head chef for the Seattle Mariners for the past 18 years and is a perfect embodiment of the classic notion of the American dream where passion and hard work can open up worlds that you never knew were available to you.

During that time Chef Bryant has seen drastic changes to the all American pastime, no small part of which is the massive change in priority and perception placed on the importance of proper nutrition for optimal performance. He has also had a direct impact on some defining moments in the franchise’s history through his relationships with the players.

This interview was truly a fantastic experience as we both recounted stories of our childhood heroes and what they’ve meant in our lives.
